I had my first appointment with Catalina Smiles yesterday. Unfortunately the appointment was for a crown placement as my first experience with the office. I have not had great experiences with dental work in the past, so having to change dentists when I had finally found my match in my last dentist gave me a lot of anxiety. Fortunately for me, Lola, Dr. Vu, and all of the staff I interacted with at Catalina Smiles are fantastic at what they do. I ended up needing a crown replacement to go along with my new crown and Dr. Vu talked me through the whole process as he worked. I was shown photos and kept in the loop through the entire procedure. Dr, Vu's bedside manner was great and he offered me as many breaks as I needed throughout the morning while he worked on my problem teeth. Being able to get the crowns made and placed the same day was a big plus over having to wait two weeks. I would highly recommend the office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Catie is such a gem! Very professional and always makes me feel well taken care of. She’s always talking about how I remind her of her friend in FL and that makes me feel great and safe! She’s the best!
